Session 3 – How to launch and develop Partnerships? Workshop
Trainees are divided into 4 groups in 2 rooms for 1 hour + 30 mins pitch and feedback.
Part 1: Create a partnership initiative involving several independent cinemas / community group/ business partner / education institution (each member of the group plays the role of one of the partners in the initiative). (mid-point 10 mins sanity check)
Part 2: Develop a marketing strategy and education strand for the partnership initiative: How will you engage audiences including partners’ networks and young people & teachers?
- How will each partner be involved
- What will they get & contribute
- How do you get buy-in from partners networks
- Who is this for & how will you market this initiative
- Share key highlights & obstacles to the success of your initiative
