Session 2 - Assessing Latinópolis Filmes - Workshop
How to make the Latinópolis experience a success?
1) Through a better organization process
2) Through a better engagement and understanding of their audiences
Trainees are divided into 4 groups in 2 rooms and will take part in 2 consecutive activities – 1 hour + 30 mins pitch and feedback.
Part 1: Critical study of Latinópolis: what could be improved from the point of view of a specific audience… Eg teenager, single mum, teacher, creative entrepreneur, retired academic?
- Define the key characteristics of your target audience?
- What might appeal to that group?
- Is Latinopolis aimed at specific audiences?
- What are the key problems for Latinopolis in attracting these groups?
Part 2: Create a social network driven new initiative & marketing campaign for that target group at Latinópolis
